Mixed feelings

Great location. Convenient.
Not ideal for families with small children, there is no facilities. Very noisy and dusty. Not secure, any one can get inside and no guard on duty....so false when they say 24 hr security. A hard location to find if you are commuting by taxi. If you get an older not renovated apartment in this location be weary of mold and water damage to the structure. No helpers room unless you get a 3 bedroom. Rental cost too much for what you are getting, not worth it. I recommend this building for: .

Old development, not well maintained. Painting due mid-2010.
Small Swimming pool is the only facility.
Schools nearby. Good Amenities like supermarkets, coffee joints, food, etc. Botanic Gardens MRT quite near, 8-900m away. I recommend this building for: , and .
