Got the keys to my unit recently. The study room is of very good size and can fit one single sofa bed. Master room can fit comfortably 1 queen or even king size bed with space to move. however, living room area is a bit small but still great for small families. Architectural layout seems a bit disproportion in the 2 br unit. developer tries to give buyer everything in small package. both rooms just too petite and enough to put in a single bed and still allowing some room for other furnitures, bomb shelter converted to a wardrobe. Toilets and kitchen just too large in comparison to bedrooms. I recommend this building for: .

Just purchased a unit at Airstream. One of the best investment in D12 with low quantum and high rental yield. Good if you choose those 484sqft which has no afternoon sun and regular shape. Location is good at city fringe and yet at very reasonable price. Very happy with the purchase.
