+ Big units with generous sized balconies.
+ Interesting architecture although building is old. Management is doing a relatively good job in maintenance.
+ Mix tenants. Mostly mid-level executive and professional locals and Asian expats. For Western expats who would like a local feel , this is a good choice. For Western expats looking for cheese, Novena's Cold Storage is the closest supermarket.
+ Very good amenities with local wet market, an NTUC FairPrice, good network of buses (closest MRT is Novena MRT which is a good 15 mins walk). Direct bus to Orchard Road.

- The only minus is the karaoke bar operating in the adjacent building. However, one can easily avoid this by going through the residential entrance. In any case, having lived there for 5 years, there have never been an issues at all. Management is very strict with the operators. I recommend this building for: Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat), Commercial/School, , and .
