This building is in a good location, pleasant in outlook and spacious walkways to move around. The big units esp. the ones with size 3305 sq ft, the living hall is really hugh and gives people the feeling of plenty of open space to move about in the house.

However, due to the age of the building, though the building is in a high class area in Orchard Road, the facilities look outdated and needs upgrading to enhance the internal image of the building. Traffic is rather conjested but still manageable.
