One of the highest rental Psf, if not the highest as seen in ura data. At least 4-5% rental yield (no joke). One of the most efficient layout (trust me, I have been around). At 500 plus sq ft for one bedder, not too big and not too small (defintely very liveable). Attractive quantum even at current elevated pricing (abt 1 mn for a sizable one bedder). Impressive facilities with sky garden overlooking city and sea (esp beautiful at night) and sky gym. Large/ multiple pools, TWO tennis courts and cosy BBQ areas. Convenience stores, food outlets, nice restaurants and 24 hour coffee joint at ground level. medium term growth drivers: transformation of TP area with new guocoland building on top of mrt (infras investment of 3 bn with resi expected at 2500 Psf). Longer term growth driver: TP waterfront city with expected golden belt linking marina bay, TP and sentosa.

Excellent City Living

Icon is near to all amenities,westner or eastern eateries, local foods & yes soya milk for 50cents, banks, pubs, supermart,salon,etc... best of all, it's very very convenient with a MRT station just at door step, never have to worry abt Orchard jam if chose to ride a train:) Excellent condo facilities which offer lot of chioce sites even for quite gatherings, large or small crowd, eg very private pool just for 2:) & peaceful during night. Great for couples & excellent for singles!

Good Investment Project

Good investment due to good rental return and now next door FEO is selling more than $2000 psf, and I believe follow with All Green launch his will be even higher, so now is the best to buy Icon and all the more we are bigger project and nearer to MRT.

A great place to live

Icon is a city condo that offers the best of both worlds. Whether it is a $100 Japanese degustation menu or a $2.50 bak chor mee noodles, this condo offers it. NTUC is right next door, MRT is 2 minutes walk and your office is 5 minutes walk. It has the best facilities floor I have ever seen in any condo, including the so-called luxury ones. Make your home the Icon and you will move out with regret and a heavy heart.

Right in the heart of everything-banks, MRT, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, pubs, financial district and between 2 future IRs. Modern comprehensive facilities incl various type of pools, tennis courts, hotel like lobbies, BBQ pits & teppanyaki corner, spectacular 31th floor open terrace overlooking the sea as well as city views, lounges. What else to ask for?
