Perfect choice home in D15

Outstanding construction material, branded fittings, I find this developer one of best in Singapore. Used to stay in other developer condo in D15 by FarEast and also one in Telok Kuaru by Word Class. None of those compared to this one. Great investment choice I would say. 24 hour Supermart in walking distance and Katong Mall 112.
I recommend this building for:
Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat),
Commercial/School,
Market/Food Center/Restaurant,
Entertainment and

Lousy Construction Qlty

Totally agreed that the quality of this project is not up to par. The exterior looks like it is falling apart even though this is only a 2yr old project.
This is an Oxley project. I am avoiding all projects of this developer certainly. Check out other projects by them such as Tyrwhitt 139 and you can find the similarity - very lousy construction quality. I recommend this building for:

cheap interior / exterior

The quality they used for interior and exterior is the cheapest they could have. It's noisy if you face joo chiat specially at night.
Not good for investment!!!!!

Great place to live

We love the location with all it's local shops and restaurants around the area. Condo is very well maintained. Layout of rooms is great! Breezy and quiet rooms.

Guess its a good buy, at psf$670, cheapest in d15 for 3bedrooms,
with quality fittings. I recommend this building for: Commercial/School and Entertainment.
