It's got potential

Pleasantly surprised. Good central location -- two MRT stations and bus stop in front and crossroad (not overbridge). But not right in the middle of busy Orchard Road area either. North faces landed properties so presume higher floors will have unblocked view. One bedder in good size -- not a mickey mouse flat. Wing Tai is a known quality.
Price? On the high side compared with Newton One (less noisier though due to traffic). But competitive against Hamilton, Laurels and Espada. DPS also a plus and can't be ignored.
Like the tennis court and pool layout.
There you have it --- I recommend this building for: Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat).
