Convenient & Comfortable

What i like about lilydale ...
-Free shutter bus to Northpoint and Yishun MRT . You can settle your meal, gorcery and adminstration work on the way back home.
-The Greenery enviroment make you feel like staying in the resort
-The swimming pool . Look pretty nice at night with the light. Best of it , not many people swim on it.
-The 24 hrs NTUC and Coffee shop beside it
-Peach Garden Tim Sum and Golf range at OCC
-The view at the lower Seletar dam
-The fitness park beside it . Breezy and the air is fresh . Good spot for exercise I recommend this building for:

very cosy and peaceful

indeed a very cosy and peaceful environment, with Yishun park nearby and a stroll to orchid country club.

Very cosy and peaceful to live

Hi reader,
I found the Lilydale condo is very cosy, nice and peaceful. It has full condo facilities and facing the forest and then Sea.
Great place to to live a excellent lifestyle. It just takes 20-25 minutes to reach Orchard via Car / MRT.
Kumar I recommend this building for: Convention/Exhibition, Commercial/School and Market/Food Center/Restaurant.
