Posted by Simon Gordon on Dec 24, 2011
Conveniently located near to City about 15 mins drive to downtown city area. Read in the papers that the Paya Lebar area will be developed into a commercial hub.Very quaint and windy;Balinese lifestyle living. Approx 9 mins walk to Bartley MRT. New 99 yrs leasehold condo to be developed opp Bartley MRT station. One station away to NEX Shopping Mall. Oasis Garden is Freehold condo and more sought after especially with Sporeans. Overall a very convenient, nice and windy place to live in.
I recommend this building for:
Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat),
Convention/Exhibition,

Feel Safe cause you live next door the special police force
Near school
Walking Distance to Circle Line
Easy to get to town for people who drive, as high way is right infront.
Very Resort living

May hear vehicles during late night (if close windows & on
aircon should be alright)
Factories behind (not sure they operate 24 hours) I recommend this building for: Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat), Convention/Exhibition and .
