rents mentioned too high

we live since many years in Ocean park. it's perfect for families with children and those who like easy access to the beach. however do not be misled by the rental mentioned on website. 5.500 is ridiculous high. most pay less, significantly less!
I recommend this building for:
Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat) and
Commercial/School.

OP as it's affectionately known to residents is a wonderful place to live in. Firstly it's one of the largest freehold prime land sites left in the sought after East Coast area.
The grounds and apartments are spacious with newly renovated high floor units enjoying either panoramic sea views or panoramic unblocked city views.Residents are friendly relaxed and many expatriates love the "Hawaiian styled " facilities. Fantastic location with easy access to the beach via an exclusive connector, close to public transport, buses and mrt station is about a 10 min walk. Notwithstanding the convenience of having many great east coast eateries a stone's throw away. Spacious grounds, greenery and windy sea breeze makes this an excellent choice for both home stay or investment potential. I recommend this building for: Convention/Exhibition, Commercial/School, Market/Food Center/Restaurant, and .
