Very nice landscaping & concierge service

This is the condo that has the best landscaping among all others that I had seen so far. 1 very distinct difference from other condos is that this has concierge service which can help to enhance rental rate (if owning for investment). Despite being beside a major road, the inward facing units facing the pool is actually very quiet. The BBQ area is actually sheltered too (nice feature) and the pits are far apart. Orchard MRT and Ion/Wisma Atria/Ngee Ann City is just a short walking distance away.
I recommend this building for:
