The exterior building looks old but inside still ok. Ugly pumps layed on ground floor do not understand why MA do not hide it from public eyes..

Decided to give it a miss due to privacy issues:
- u swim everyunit can see u
- u rest in living hall or bedroom, all neighbours can see u. And now with the new project,beside it, can also see u..
- Hotel 81 nearby..don't find it safe for lady at night
- Many people crowded the coffeeshops areas and lying around the areas every Friday..human and traffic problems! First impression gone!
- too many new condos construction nearby Changi and Lor G Telok Kurau, more construction workers than residents loitering the area

Viewed 2 units here, one 2bedroom and one penthouse. Interior furnishing good but both units can see next door neighbours what they are doing..very poor design from developer! Shoecabinets and bicycles scattered along narrow corridors..untidy.. I recommend this building for: Convention/Exhibition and Market/Food Center/Restaurant.

The developer could have done better interm of privacy - too intrusive to neighbour privacy when one can see another (very near) from living hall and balcony. The pump and generator for the building should have camouflaged better rather than just leave them in public eyes near the first floor car park..othrwise this is a good project itnerm of livable space and facilities (decent lap pool, better than Treeline at Telok Kurau), and very convenient to public transport (buses and MRT). Easily assess to Telok Kurau Park , good for a jog or cycling etc! I recommend this building for: Mixed Uses (e.g. Office/Shopping/Cinema/Hotel/Flat), Convention/Exhibition, Market/Food Center/Restaurant, and .
