Not a good buy at current prices

I hv seen some houses here.
Most of the designs are outdated.
The other minus point is access: to access, you need to go through a long way via Li Hwan. It is also quite near the dormitory which is a no-no for some. Even if it is ok for one, it may not be ok for others.
What aggravated this is that the asking prices are over the top. I recommend this building for: Market/Food Center/Restaurant.
