Very quiet and peaceful on the TOP of Pasir Panjang hill. The entrance and facilities are suitable for small family and child-friendly> the small size of clubhouse is almost converted into a childcare room-cosy and nice :) In terms of asking price is definitely way out of reasonable due to it's location- NOT possible to MRT; you MUST possess minimum ONE car in order to commute; or own a mountain bike to cycle up or down the hill. Due to its exclusiveness, the high maintainance fees would be another burden beside your car & gas maintenance. View? No. Its a most congested hill I ever visited. Greens & tress>Yes. Luxurious? No- most of the units are small with 2/3bedrooms, no room for helper. So if you had elder kid and helper, you will need a bigger size than their 3bedrooms. If you like to host party/gathering, you will facing another problem with not enough guests car park.Not near to amenities so grocery shopping must be by taxi or own car; no bus bay nearby for helper to do her marketing chores.
